Welcome to the Companies Office

To file your annual return you will need to log on with RealMe. If you have used our online services before (for example when you registered your company) then you already have an account.

Do you already have a RealMe logon?

It is important that you do not create a new account. Your account has been linked to the companies that you are authorised to maintain. If you create a new account then you will need to re- establish the authority.

Are you unsure if you have a RealMe logon?

Forgotten if you have an account? Click "Log on" and select "Forgot my username" on the RealMe log on page. If you enter the same email address or mobile number as when you created the account you will be sent notification of your username.

Filing your annual return for the first time?

If you don't already have a username and password you will need to register in order to access the Companies Office online services. To begin the process click on "Log on" and select "Create a Realme logon" on the front page.

  1. Register with RealMe The Companies Office is using RealMe, the one logon for government services.
  2. Create a Companies Office user account Create a user account with the Companies Office.
  3. Select the company Search for and select the Company you want to file an annual return for.
  4. Request authority You will need to have Company Authority. Authority can be granted via the Company Key.
